New version of 28 juin dont work

Signs and app said 50min when I entered Transformers ride. Over 1:15min later Im still cant see the front of the line, and the app says the wait time is 60min now. We havent moved in 20min and theres announcements now that the ride is having issues. @Universal you need to do a MUCH better job at informing your riders what is going on! We are now stuck and cant go forward or backwards - if an emergency takes place there will be mass panic because WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!

Easy to use and very helpful on planning a day.

The wait times are not even remotely correct. For instance we got in line for flight of the hippogryph. The sign said 20 minutes. We waited about 45. But the app still lists the wait time as 10 minutes.

Overall it was handy to have. Helped us with wait times to decide where to go. Restaurant guide was helpful for venue and pricing. Unfortunately the menus on app are not up to date so dont count on a menu selection actually being on the menu when you get there. Happened to us twice.

I loved being able to have the wait times and the restaurants menus were a huge plus! I wish the Park Maps were a little more descriptive. It would also be really awesome for people to be able comment about the rides or rate the rides.

New version will not allow to update last version 4.0

I like the app so far. They need to add the wait time for the ticket window. They have 3 ppl working and over wait time. Its the longest line the park.

After the last update, the Apple Watch piece of the application stopped working. The app was automatically uninstalled from my watch, and does not even appear to be an option for installation anymore, even though it is still advertised that way in the App Store. The watch app was one of the most useful features. Overall I like the information that the app displays, its update frequencies, this app is way better than the apps the theme parks publish them selves.

This app made my first visit to Universal so enjoyable. Having all the wait times currently updated was very helpful. The dining feature with the menus made it easy to decide what to eat. The map was very useful too. A must for newbies to the park.

Never did work on my watch. Did ok with the wait times but not really accurate

Easy to use. Love the map. Its easy to find your way around the parks, especially with the GPS and compass. The app was also useful for ride info, wait times, and restaurant menus (with prices). An app I am happy to pay for and recommend to others.

Would have thought for $5+ it would have been able to guide you via GPS to where you wanted to go within the small maps. Wasnt up-to-date on attractions. I.e said no express lanes for some rides but there indeed were. Too expensive for what you get. Avoid this one!

This app is amazing. I only needed it for a day but it was incredible. If I was allowed to I wouldve given it 10 stars but it only goes up to 5. I highly recommend this app for anyone who needs a map of the park, wait times for the rides, or how cheap or expensive the food choices are.

The map for Orlando studio is not up to date. Missing Harry Potter theme park

This app is great it gives you exactly what you need with a click of a button on their simple menu.

As an annual pass holder, Im at the parks all the time. I love that its user friendly so it can be updated if something is wrong. I recommend.
