Wait times are completely inaccurate

very helpful tool to plan your trip, especially the wait time and the map.

This is a great app if you want to have a map and and a short description of the attractions for both parks. Do not believe the wait times though, because it can be changed by anyone. Very helpful app.

It is accurate on many rides but the hulk has been closed since September 8. It is now October 2 and they still list the ride as open with a 25 minute wait time. The Hulk is in pieces with much of its track removed. Dont know about you but I wouldnt want to ride it.

Ride times are very inaccurate

This app is perfect, but the times arent very accurate. They give you a general idea, but not spot on. A great app otherwise.

I attempted to use this app. People are intentionally goofing the times so none are accurate. If the attraction is a one hour wait the app says 5 or 10 minutes. Totally unusable.

I really like this app, great maps and good to find food. The only thing is that the times are not the most reliable

Best app on earth

So the app is free, but to remove ads and get basic features like where to find restrooms they want $3.99? After I paid $787 for park tickets? Typical with Universal though, they charge $5 for their "people driers" by their water rides. But I digress. Two stars because it does offer basic functionality although its not completely trustworthy.

All I need to know is about park hours and waiting times and it tells me well. Also, I can find the menus which is great to me. The only only thing is that I have to pay to know where the restrooms are located but overall I like this app.

We use this app every time we are at Universal. Gives us the wait times. Great way to figure out which rides are worth it.

On top of charging an extra $2.99 to "find restrooms," this app consistently displays incorrect wait times. The app will tell you 5 minutes, you run to the ride, and the wait is actually 60 minutes. Come on.

Use the official Universal Orlando app. This app is crap, and makes you pay to see where the bathrooms are.

Really enjoyed using the app, very helpful with wait times on rides and great for picking out restaurants within the park, shows menus! Great app.

This app not only shows you the map of the park but also guide you through the park and tells you waiting time for a ride. Yes, the restrooms location are missing from the free version. I assume Universal studios did not pay for the app and they did, that will be so unfair that they couldnt provide their customers with this app for free considering the insane cost of getting into the park. This app is awesome.

Accurate wait times, food menus, made our New Years Eve 2015 trip better

My prior go to app was UO Waits. Replaced with this thing. Which is riddled with ads.

This app allows you to see what the wait times are looking like so you can decide where to head to next. You can also customize it for your favorite rides. It helped us make numerous decisions allowing us to ride all the rides (some multiple times)!!
